WELCOME TO THE  ALLIEDGROUP

Allied Community Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization located in North central Connecticut.  Our agency, including subsidiaries  Allied Rehabilitation Centers and Allied Community Resources, have been serving individuals with developmental disabilities, mental retardation, physical handicaps and acquired brain injuries since the early 1960's.

Allied Community Services is our "Parent Corporation." It is a not-for-profit tax exempt corporation that provides overall management and administration for the Allied Group. This includes Corporate Accounting, Human Resources and Marketing support.

Allied Community Resources is a not-for-profit tax exempt subsidiary of Allied Community Services. This subsidiary provides the fiscal intermediary services  for the DSS Acquired Brain Injury Medicaid Waiver Program and the PCA Medicaid Waiver, Elder PCA Pilot Program and DDS Self Determination and Waiver programs for the entire State of Connecticut.  Allied is also the Financial Management Services Agency for Alabama's Cash and Counseling Pilot Program.

Allied Rehabilitation Centers provides program services and residential support to our consumers. These are funded by contracts and grants awarded by the state Department of Developmental Disabilities, various state and federal agencies and local businesses.
